Mill House Cottage Lodging
- Rates
The Mill House Cottage is $125 per night, double occupency. Additional guests are $15/night
per person. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests. RV/trucker parking is available. (Rates are subject to
change, please all for current pricing)
- Check-In
Check–in is between 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. (except by special arrangement).
- Check-Out
Check–out by 11 a.m. (except by special arrangement)
- Friday night & Saturday arrivals/departures
Our home office is closed from sundown Friday to Sundown Saturday night in
observance of the Sabbath. Let us know if you'll be arriving or departing during
those hours and we'll make pre/post arrangements for payment and for key pick-up.
We are still available for emergent/comfort requests if needed.
- Guests Per Room
To comply with local safety regulations, the number of persons permitted to
occupy the cottage will be limited. There is one queen size bed, and one
full size futon in the cottage. All bedding is provided.
- Missing items
We have taken special care to provide you with fun extras for your stay. All items
in the cottage are there for your enjoyment. Inventory is done after each guest
departs. Guest will be billed for replacement cost of any missing items.
- Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. There are designated outdoor smoking areas on the grounds.
- Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome! $15 extra per night, per pet.
- Family Friendly
Families are welcome! Please supervise carefully, as the cottage is not child-proofed.

- Breakfast
Fresh baked pastries and cinnamon rolls are available through Home Baked Goodness with prior arrangement.
- Meals
Wonderful catered meals are available through Home Baked Goodness with prior arrangement.
- Box Lunches
Picnic lunches are available. Please give us 24 hours’ notice to have them ready for you.
- Alcohol
Although we are not permitted to sell alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own.
You can also purchase a package that includes a visit to a local winery, or brewery,
where you can purchase or sample the local fare. Stemware and corkscrew are stocked
in the cottage kitchen.
- Laundry
Laundry services are available for an extra fee of $5 per load (ironing not included,
an iron and ironing board are available in the cottage)
Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations
- Minimum Stay
There is no minimum stay.
- Deposit
A deposit of one night's lodging rate is required for all confirmed reservations of up
to 3 nights. For reservations of 3 nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the expected total
charge is required. Cottage is not officially reserved until deposit is received.
- Deposit Refund-Standard
A full deposit refund, less a $20 service charge, will be made only if cancellation
notice is received at least seven days prior to the reservation date for standard
reservations.
- Deposit Refund-Holidays & Special Events
Reservations for stays during holidays, and special area events, require at
least 20 days notice of cancellation for refund of deposit, less the $20 service charge.
- Forms of Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
